CFO integration terms

Effective September 12, 2026.

Round Smarter LLC authorizes its company administrator and authorized operators to use Round Smarter CFO for internal financial reporting and reconciliation. This private application is not offered to other companies.

Use is limited to company data the administrator is entitled to access. Keep credentials private and use the integration only for authorized company purposes. Intuit's applicable terms continue to govern QuickBooks access.

The scheduled collector reads reports. It does not send invoices, make payments or post accounting entries. The administrator reviews report completeness, classifications and reconciliations before relying on them. Pending bank-feed items and incomplete books may be absent from reports.

The administrator may revoke access at any time through QuickBooks or the private CFO workspace. Contact the administrator for support.
