CFO integration privacy
Effective September 12, 2026. This notice applies to the private
Round Smarter CFO integration operated by Round Smarter LLC.
Data and purpose
The integration retrieves authorized company
information and accounting reports from QuickBooks, including transaction
dates, amounts, accounts and descriptions. It uses these records for the
company's financial reporting, reconciliation and owner-directed analysis.
It does not collect QuickBooks passwords.
Access and storage
Credentials and reports are kept in restricted
company-controlled storage. The production reader runs on an encrypted
Mac. This public information site displays no financial records or credentials.
QuickBooks API traffic uses HTTPS. Tailscale provides this site's HTTPS routing.
Use and sharing
Records are used for the original company's benefit.
The owner may direct analysis through authorized AI services. The integration
does not use QuickBooks records to train or fine-tune models, sell them,
or use them for advertising. Service providers may process information to
provide the authorized services, subject to their applicable terms.
Retention and control
The company retains exports for accounting
and reconciliation. Its administrator controls access, retention and deletion
of those copies. Disconnecting QuickBooks revokes future access but does not
delete prior exports. Contact the administrator for access, correction,
deletion or a privacy concern.
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. It does not log
OAuth callback URLs. Infrastructure providers may process connection metadata.
